This BC | B22 | Bayonet Cap Gold Switched Lampholder Snap on Cap 10mm Entry 8842261 is a brilliant solution for creating a table lamp or add a cord grip and create a lovely pendant light fitting. Plastic lampholders are an affordable and effective way to fix up your sentimental light fitting, or if you have designed your very own lamp.
Comes in 3 parts comprising of the cap which is the section that has a 10mm female thread that will attach to your base. Then the centre connection unit where you will connect the live (Brown) and neutral (Blue), then the top section which will screw over the connection unit and onto the cap. There is also a cord grip that sits in the cap of the lampholder.
Note: The BC | B22 | Bayonet Cap Gold Switched Lampholder Snap on Cap 10mm Entry 8842261 has a cap that snaps onto the body, this is so it does not cause the wires to twist when attaching the cap.
The terminals are Push Wire and not screw type so the wires must be soldered or have ferules fitted to make a single solid wire.
