ES Plain Black Lampholder with 10mm Thread
This ES | E27 Lampholder is perfect for replacing a broken one on your light fitting.
Comes with a 10mm Female thread on the bottom, so will simply screw onto your existing 10mm diameter thread.
You cannot install a lampshade with this product as it has a plain skirt, if you want a lampholder that can accept a shade then please search LH1 in our search box.

There are 2 options for this lampholder:-
- 10mm Plastic Thread: This is all plastic this will be used if you only have a 2core cable and there is no provision for an earth cable. This does not have a locking screw, so a dab of superglue may be required.
- 10mm Metal Thread: This has a metal thread in the base with a locking screw to lock the lampholder onto your 10mm thread, also has an earth connection and should only be used if you have a 3core cable with earth
Things to note if you select the plastic thread and have a metal thread on your light fitting, you may want to add an isolator, this will protect the cable potentially from hitting the metal thread and causing a fault.
