Is my Dyson an clutched or non-clutched version?
Does my Dyson have a clutch?
We get asked this question a lot regarding the older Dyson upright machines.
Luckily, it is very simple to tell if your machine is the clutch or non-clutch version.
How to tell?
See the image below noting there is a dial on the side of the head which will stop the roller from turning, this engages the clutch.
- Dial = Clutch Machine
- No Dial = Non Clutched Machine
