Delivery Time: From dispatch (Royal Mail dependent) Standard UK Mainland delivery charges are below.
- *Royal Mail Non-Tracked 48 Large Letter - £2.49 (5-7 Working Days From Dispatch)
- *Royal Mail Non-Tracked 24 Large Letter - £3.49 (1-2 Working Days From Dispatch) - Our Cut-off for dispatch on Friday's only is 12pm
Royal Mail Large Letter services are for smaller items, the system will work the shipping out based on the products selected to order.
- * Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.69 (3-4 Working Days From Dispatch) - Free for overs over £75
- * Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £6.99 (1-2 Working Days From Dispatch) - Our Cut-off for dispatch on Friday's only is 12pm
- * DHL Next Working Day - £8.99 - Does Not Include Saturday Delivery - Our Cut-off for dispatch is 12pm
We use Royal Mail Tracked for most orders, but may use a courier at our discretion.
Due to the rising costs with Royal Mail, we aim to keep our costs to a minimum. We do use a tracked service on all items and along with the payment processing fees and packaging materials our postage costs just cover these so we do not profit on any postage cost.
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (Cut off 12pm on Friday) we do not process or dispatch orders on the weekends, Any order placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or Tuesday depending on how busy we are.
* Shipping times are not guaranteed and is based from time of dispatch, not time of order. Orders to Scotland may take a day longer due to the shipping method being used.
Our Dispatch cut off for tracked 24 is 3pm if the order is placed after this time will not be picked and packed until the following working day.
Royal Mail 48 orders will be picked and packed in date order and may not go out the same day depending on how busy we are.
Refused order – If you no longer want the order and refuse the shipment, please note the below.
Royal Mail do not have a return to sender fee. Therefor we will not deduct any “return to sender” fees from your refund.
Couriers however do charge us a fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. It will be cheaper for you to accept the order and then send it back yourself. This return shipping fee is not covered by us, however.
EU Countries
Due to recent changes regarding the General Safety & Performance Requirements (GSPR), it is no longer feasible for us to ship to EU countries.
This was a difficult decision for us, but the current regulations and red tape have made it increasingly challenging for a small, family-run business like ours to continue shipping to the EU. Unfortunately, the investment required to comply is beyond what we can manage at this time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Packaging
We try our hardest to source recyclable material to use for packing your order but due to the small parts we sell some need to be put into clear plastic bags which we have not yet found a cost effective replacement but will keep actively looking.
We use 100% Biodegradable and compostable (EN13432) eco flo chips when packing fragile items along with air filled cushions and brown paper.
Returns
To cancel the Buyer must e-mail or write to the Company within seven working days starting the day after delivery of the item(s) quoting your order number.
The Buyer is obliged to take reasonable care of the items and return it in an unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within 30 days; the Company will not refund this cost.
The Buyer is responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of the Company, the Buyer must claim for any damages caused on the return, from the courier used.
If the goods are not returned in an unused condition then the right to a full refund is forfeited. The product packaging must also be returned reasonably intact condition.
We will only refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for an enhanced service eg next day, we will only refund the basic services.
When returning items that are deemed to be faulty, the Buyer must contact the Company by telephone, prior to sending the articles back and obtain instructions and an authorised return reference from the sales staff.
As per our T&C's custom made products are not refundable unless there is a problem with the product itself. All custom made products are fully tested prior to leaving the workshop.

The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturers instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of the goods (other than that done by our staff).

All orders are subject to availability at all times.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on the site.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products.
It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
